Warranty Policy

Welcome to Lighttera (“we”, “us”, “our”). We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in the replacement of a product or refund in 48 hours. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased directly from www.lighttera.com.

Coverage

Our warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase and is valid for 30 days.

During the warranty period, we will replace or refund products, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear of the product over time
  • Damage caused by improper use or accidents
  • Issues caused by third-party modifications
  • Products not used for their intended purpose
  • Damage caused by neglect or failure to follow the care instructions

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Contact Us: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please email our customer service team at info@lighttera.com. You need to provide:
  • Description of the issue, proof of purchase, and any relevant photographs or videos.
  • Screenshot of the dispute, which includes name, date, and content.
  • (optional) Tracking number of the item.

2. Inspection: We do not suggest you return products because the shipping cost is high and sometimes higher than the product value.  We may require you to return the item for inspection. Lighttera will provide instructions on how to proceed. If we ask for a return of the item, you need to send the tracking number to prove that you returned it.

3. Resolution: If your warranty claim is validated, we will replace or refund the product at no additional cost to you. In cases where replacement is not practical, we may offer a refund or store credit. The money will be refunded to the original channel (PayPal or credit card).

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty service returns.

Limitation of Liability

Lighttera shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country, or state to state.
